How we created an integrated data ecosystem, what we used and how it helped.

Welcome back, this is the second blog in the series and I would like to highlight how we created an integrated data ecosystem for all the data of our company. We have many systems in our organization that help us in manufacturing and supply chain operations. These systems are the lifeline of our operations. We have multiple systems and have a hybrid cloud environment.

During our initial assessment, we found that as a result of the complex IT environment and multiple applications we were missing on essential data points which are recorded in the systems and applications. However, it is never easy to integrate multiple systems as they need different experts and capabilities in respective areas. We have three cloud vendors and an ERP that needed to be integrated and expectedly would take months to do it manually with complex coding. The company felt that taking months to integrate would cost operations a lot and we could lose a lot of vital data during the integration phase which could put us on a backfoot with respect to the competition.

We started looking for the automated solutions instead of manually doing it. A software that could integrate it all easily in no time because the company could not afford to lose any data during the integration. When looking for this software, we found many automation software, but eZintegrations attracted the most attention because it is not only automatic but also fast, and it does not require coding. So,Therefore, eZintegrations, a self-service zero-code integration tool, seems to be the ideal choice.

We bought the software and then started using it in our operations to integrate different clouds and on-premise systems. It worked flawlessly and integrated everything like a charm. The best thing was it was all done in 15 days and during integration there was no data loss. Since then, until today we have been using it and there is no substitute to its convenience and ease of use. eZintegrations come with provisioning features and could be fired up when we need to and turned off when not needed. Considering the zero-code self-service integration tool of this tool, we like the error detection function of this tool So it will always guide you and send out red flags in case of any errors. It works with any cloud, any ERP, any CRM and/or any other on-premise system. eZintegrations also allows visual mapping, which helps to supervise all completed integrations and add or edit on them.

eZintegrations has helped our company improve on efficiency. After using eZintegrations, we have a proper work flow in place, and in just 6 months of using the software, our operations errors have been reduced by 7%. For all those who want to integrate their systems and data, eZintegrations is my recommended tool.

In my next blog, I’ll explain what advanced analytical tool we used and how it helped us. Stay tuned and follow me.
